Esteqlal took lead from Paykan

Tehran - First division Esteqlal crushed Paykan on Monday afternoon to stand at the top of the Azadegan premier clubs league table with 24 points.
The early 7th minute dramatic goal scored by veteran midfielder Sirous Din Mohammadi rejuvinated the blue-clad side applauded warmly by fans waving blue-color flags sitting at the Azadi gymnasium stand.
The second goal was scored when the outstretched arms of the Paykan goalkeeper failed to save out the strong shot by Seyed Faraz Fatemi in the 14th minute in the first half.

Esteqlal's opponent, on the other side fought back to score the only goal in the 22nd minute by forward Hassan Ostovari, but a third score was registered in the 58th minute of the second half by Mojahed Khazirawi.
Esteqlal's 3-1 win versus first division Paykan raised the squad to the top of the table.
Also Zob-ahan beats Aboomolsem in Mashahd. Zobahan made a last minute goal to give them the win over the home team, AbooMoslem of Mashhad. The goal scorer, was Hamid Azizzadeh, who has recently been invited to Team Melli and has done very well this year as their Attacking defenseman.
