Nekoonam unsure about Pas

PLDC - The contract of Javad Nekoonam, Pas player, is coming to an end and despite repeated sessions and discussions the club officials and Nekoonam have not reached an agreement on terms and conditions of a new 
contract. It is possible now that this capable player will change his club before the end of the season.

In a recent interview with the press Nekoonam commented, “I have met with the club officials several times and discussed my contract. We haven’t reached an agreement and I think that I must find another club for the next season. Nothing is clear yet though.”

“The 8th week match against Persepolis on Thursday, 19/12/2002, will be a sensitive one and we need good results as Pas has been playing badly for three weeks now. The crisis is over though. If we can draw with or 
defeat Persepolis we will be on the championship track.”

“I have spent some good days with Pas and even if I separate from them, I won’t forget them.”
