Esteghlal – Persepolis in Tabriz

PLDC - Persepolis of Tehran has forwarded a proposal to the Iranian Professional League Organization to hold the 11th week Professional League match between them and Esteghlal Tehran in Tabriz. Up until now, it has been the custom to play the match in Tehran, capital of Iran. 

The reason for the request is the similarity of the weather conditions of Tabriz to Tashkent of Uzbekistan, where Persepolis will be taking part in the third stage of the Asian Clubs Super Cup for which the clubs needs preparation.
