Ghotbi weighing up Asian teams in World Cup

MNA - Iran football coach Afshin Ghotbi is in South Africa to assess the Asian teams participating in the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

“Ghotbi is in South Africa to have a good look at the Asian teams and will likely return to Iran on July 3,” Iran’s Football Federation president Ali Kaffashian said.
Ghotbi will lead Iran in the 2011 AFC Asian Cup which will be held in Qatar in January with 16 teams participating.
