Tabatabaei, “The best will be chosen”

PLDC - Hadi Tabatabaei, Esteghlal goalkeeper, became involved in side issues and other matters just before the end of the 2001-2002 league season and therefore kept away from the press and media for a while. He has again recovered and found his place in Esteghlal.

He recently spoke to the press and media in a press interview, “The recent Esteghlal preparatory matches were good although we were not ready for matches. We were still going through the bodybuilding stage of our 
training. Mr. Koch has begun to implement a new system and its development takes time. Each coach has his own methods and Koch is no exception.”

“After a few months away from the game, I played well in the recent matches and Koch was also satisfied. I hope I can be the Esteghlal goalkeeper but the best will be chosen by the head coach.”
