Former Livorno defender has yet to find a team

MNA -  Former Livorno defender Rahman Rezaei stressed he is open to talks with Iranian football teams.

Asked whether any team has contacted him he said, “I have yet to receive any offers. I have enough time to find a good team so it is not necessary to make a speedy decision.”

Former Iran defender who is out of the national team added, “I would be proud of wearing Iran’s jersey but the officials haven’t invited me. I respect the coach’s decision and will remain patient.”

Livorno relegated to Italian Serie B last season. Rezaei is without a contract now.
