Majid Jahanpoor Sacked

PLDC - Majid Jahanpoor, Head Coach of Pegah Gilan Football Team, has been dismissed by the Board of Directors of the club due to poor results seen from his team in the professional league.

After the Pas Hamedan and Pegah Gilan draw result at home, being the last team in the league chart as well as the 4 point difference with other teams, the Pegah Gilan Board of Directors held a session yesterday and arrived at the decision to dismiss the head coach.

Derako Derajbech will now take over as temporary head coach of the club until a new coach is chosen.

Pegah Gilan Board of Directors thanked the coach through whose efforts and leadership the club was able to return to the professional league last season.
