Iranian Star Kaebi Linked With Wigan, Leicester

GOAL - According to reports in the Iranian media, Iranian defender Hossein Kaebi could soon be on his way to England though the Championship not the Premier League is his most likely destination at the moment.

A source close to the player told Iran Sports Press that: "Hossein has received an offer from Leicester City. However, he prefers to play in the Premiership, and Wigan Athletic are expected to make a move for him in the next few days".

The 21 year-old is available on a free transfer after his contract with Tehran giants Persepolis recently expired.

Despite his tender age, he has earned 54 caps for his country.
