DPA - German media reported on Wednesday that Bundesliga club SV Hamburg was to release Iranian international Mehdi Mahdavikia, whose contract with the club is expiring at the end of the season.
However, Argentine international Juan Pablo
Sorin and Dutch international Nigel de Jong are to stay. The report said
that coach Huub Stevens and official Dietmar Beiersdorfer had agreed to
release Mahdavikia. |
