MNA – Iran’s Olympic squad thrashed the Under-23 football team of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) 3-0 in Dubai’s Al Shabab Stadium Tuesday. Adel Kolahkaj opened the scoring after 10 minutes while his teammates Milad Meydavudi and Ehsan Khorsandi added two more on 25 and 80 minutes respectively. Iran is getting ready for preliminaries of the 2008 Olympic Games as it is scheduled to host Australia in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium on Feb. 28. |
