Fcbayern - After a week's gruelling fitness training at the third annual Dubai training camp, Bayern contest a first friendly of the mid-season period on Friday 13 January. Felix Magath's men travel to face leading Iranian outfit Perspolis, midfielder Ali Karimi's former club, in a 12.30 pm CET kick-off in Tehran.

A crowd numbering some 90,000 is expected to generate a seething atmosphere at the Asadi stadium, as the Reds undertake a first pulse-check in the run-up to the resumption of domestic and European hostilities at the end of the month.
