IPL runners-up to participate in tourney in Saudi Arabia

PFDC - The Iranian Football Federation (IFF), announced today that the runners-up of the Iranian Pro League (IPL) will be sent to play in the international football tourney of Prince Abdullah in Saudi Arabia in July.

The Iranian representatives are to take on the national teams from Bahrain, Oman, Yemen, Syria, Saudi Arabia U23 and
Martimo club from Portugal and Al-Ahli club of Saudi Arabia.

As the serious race for championship is between Esteghlal, Persepolis, Foolad, Pas and ZobAhan who are at the 1st through the 5th place in the Iranian Pro League in the order mentioned, it will be very interesting to see which team will win the IPL this year and which team will be the runners-up to go to Saudi Arabia.
