PLDC - Iranian clubs Esteghlal FC and Sepahan SC have learned their opponents following the AFC Champions League Two 2025/26 Knockout Stage draw, which was held on Tuesday.
In the Round of 16, Sepahan will face Qatar’s Al Ahli SC, the winners of Group B. Al Ahli topped their group with 10 points from two wins and four draws, while Sepahan advanced as Group C runners-up with two wins, one draw, and one defeat.
Meanwhile, Group C winners Al Hussein of Jordan were drawn against Esteghlal. Al Hussein finished the group stage with three wins and one loss, while Esteghlal secured qualification with two victories.
The Round of 16 matches will be played in February 2026, followed by the quarter-finals in March and the semi-finals in April. The competition will conclude with a single-leg West-meets-East final on May 16, 2026.
