PLDC - Even though it seemed as if there will only be few changes made in Perspolis's top management and staff following the team's poor performance this season, Mr. Ghamkhar's reason for his trip to Germany seems to be finding a replacement for Vingo Begovich. Through out the season, Ghamkhar and his staff appeared to be supporting Begovich and even reported that no matter what, Begovich will stay as Perspolis's Head Coach for the next season. However, it now seems as if plans have changed, and the Managing Director and his top officials are pursuing to find a new Head Coach for Begovich. All these is occurring while Begovich left Tehran this morning and flied to his native country, and some go as far as saying that he might not come back to Tehran again! Realistically though, it seems as if Begovich will stay as the Head Coach of the most popular team of Iran at least 'till the end of the season. There are strong indications that he will be replaced for the next season however. It remains to be seen how Begovich will react to the rumors of his replacement and whether he will be continuing with the Club for the future months to come.
