PLDC - The president of the IFF futsal committee told our reporter in an interview after last night's game against Spain: "The Spanish coach did not want to accept our superiority over his team and since the beginning of the match he kept protesting to the referee's every decision. We will send the tape of the match to FIFA, and we will file a complaint." Mohammad Sadegh Doroudgar, regarding this four-team futsal tournament told our reporter: "There was a gap between the qualify of some teams and that had a negative effect on the tournament over all, even though we had originally asked some quality teams such as Argentina and Russia to participate, none of them could come to Tehran, so we accepted Armenia's participation." He continued: "The Spanish coach had no right to object to the referee since none of the referees of these matches would ever deliberately make a decision in favor of a team, as we have also been victim of bad decisions in this tournament." In regards to the under 23 Futsal team Doroudgar said: "The young and talented team of Iran performed well, and we know that this team can do even better in the upcoming years by playing and gaining more experience."
