PLDC - The Managing Director of Esteghlal Club emphasized: “It is not an easy task to appoint an Head Coach for a team such as Esteghlal, and in the process we have to study all of our cases carefully, look into our options and make a decision based on that which we will do in the near future. We have talked to both Mr. Ghalenoee and Mr. Hejazi, and our negotiations with Hejazi have been positive.” He continued: “if the all the conditions are met, Esteghlal will have a new coach by the end of the season.” In regards to Esteghlal’s terrible results in the past few weeks, Fathollahzadeh said: “After Koch’s departure from the team, the new coaching staff blamed the weak results on player’s physical conditions, and based on that they put pressure on the player, which made the already morally weak players worn-out and exhausted, and all of that contributed in our weak performances in the field.” At the end he mentioned: “For sure Mr. Zarincheh and Mr. Pourheydari have the capability of succeeding the team, and they will work together to get the team out of the current position, and hope that we can achieve that with the help of all Esteghlal’s community.” |
