The Champions League drafting should be clear till the end of this day.
From Saturday morning the 14 team who are ready to play in this tournament will know their fixed players and they can start their trainings for a powerful presence in this league. 
Regarding this reason all the councils were crowded yesterday.
It has been confirmed that after a year of playing professionally all the clubs will know their players well and can decide their final decision in order to transfer them thus the league's teams, who were lazy in building up their teams, has some problems in the future and if they can't reach a good financial sources they will have the same destiny which some other European clubs faced.
