Sportinglife - Sunday Oliseh has been handed a way back into football by Bundesliga II side Alemannia Aachen following his sacking by Bochum last month.

The Nigerian international was dismissed by the Bundesliga high-fliers for an attack on team-mate Vahid Hashemian and Borussia Dortmund, from whom he was on loan, immediately terminating his contract.

But Oliseh is now training with promotion-chasing Aachen and is confident that he will soon return to top-flight football.

"I'm in top form, this has been my best year in football," said Oliseh.

"People shouldn't judge me on this incident (with Hashemian), that wouldn't be fair. In six Bundesliga years, there was never anything negative about me."

Aachen are three points behind a promotion place in the Second Division and are due to face Bundesliga leaders Werder Bremen in the final of the German Cup on 29 May to cap a successful season for the side.
