KABIR - Omid Nazari, Iranian Swedish footballer and member of Ängelholms FF, said he dreams about playing football in Iranian clubs and continuing his professional career in his motherland.

“We will definitely play better in front of Uzbekistan in compare to the match against South Korea. I hope we defeat Uzbekistan in Tehran’s Azadi stadium. The presence of Iranian fans in stadium during the match against South Korea helped us to win that game.” Omid Nazari said.

“Uzbekistan is the most important opponent of Iran in World Cup qualifying round and the next important match will be against South Korea in Seoul.” Omid Nazari added.

Iran will play Uzbekistan on November 14 in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.  Iran is second in Group A with seven points. South Korea is first on goal difference. The Uzbeks are third with five points, one point ahead of Qatar and Lebanon.

In May 14, 2012 the Iranian side’s boss Carlos Queiroz confirmed that Omid will join Team Melli in Turkey’s camp before the friendly match against Albania. He had his first international appearance for Team Melli in Hungary against Tunisia in a friendly on August 16.
