IRNA - Visitor Persepolis was held in the 12th week of second Iran Pro League (IPL) as it tied with Malavan of Bandar Anzali on Friday. 
Mohammad Gholami put the bottom-placed Malavan ahead in the 69th minute but Aref Mohammadvand rescued the reds in the 80th minute when he slotted home. 
Malavan missed some scoring opportunities, letting the match end in a 1-1 draw before over 15,000 spectators in Bandar Anzali's Takhti Stadium. 
Referee Hossein Arab-Boraqi and his two linesmen Javad Taqipour and Sohrab Saei judged the derby. 
The match was to be held on Thursday but it was postponed due to heavy rain. 
Winning 8 points, Malavan is in the relegation zone and Persepolis is at the second place with 22 points.  

*Heidari's late goal helps Zob past Foulad

Sepehr Heidari's last-ditch effort helped his side Zob Ahan beat Foulad of Khuzestan in the 12th week of second Iranpro League (IPL) here on Friday. 
Before some 5,000 fans in Takhti Stadium of Ahvaz, the home side Foulad lost to Zob 1-0. 
Heidari scored the visitor's winner in the 89th minute, adding three points to Zob Ahan's asset. 
Jalal Moradi judged the match. 
Winning 15 points, the Isfahan-based Zob Ahan is at the ninth place and Foulad is the 7th-placed team with 16 points. 

*Fajr hands Sepahan second defeat 

Fajr-e Sepassi of Shiraz Friday handed the leader of second Iran Pro League (IPL), Sepahan, its second loss in 
the 12th week. Despite full support of home fans watching the match in Naqsh-e Jahan Stadium, Isfahan, Sepahan did not make it and lost to visitor Fajr 2-1. 
Mehrzad Ma'danchi silenced the spectators in the 23rd minute when he found the back of Sepahan's net but Sepahan grabbed the equalizer by Moharram Navidkia, who scored after five minutes into the second half. 
Ali Alizadeh dashed Sepahan's hope as he fired home six minutes later. 
Fereydoun Esfahanian judged the match. Sepahan is still leading the table with 28 points followed by the second-placed Persepolis with 22 points. 

*Naft, Pas tie 1-1 

In the 12th week of second Iran Pro League (IPL) commemorating former skipper of Iran, late Sirous Qayeqran, 
San'at Naft and Pas fought to a 1-1 draw here on Friday. Alireza Daghagheleh of Naft struck in the 38th minute that was responded by national midfielder of Pas Javad Nekounam in the 56th minute. 
both sides had great scoring chances but failed to find the net more than once. 
Referee Iraj Nazari and his linesmen Masoud Enayat and Esmaeil Safiri judged the match that was watched by some 15,000 Abadani spectators. 

*Paykan hammers Abu Moslem 

Paykan humbled Abu Moslem of Khorassan here on Friday. Playing a 12th-week match of the second Iran Pro League (IPL) at home, Paykan struck four times to hand Abu Moslem a surprising 4-1 rout. 
Bijan Hosseini opened the scoring for Paykan in the 8th minute. Mojtaba Jabbari scored the equalizer one minute later. In the second half, Paykan's Nasser Shirdel made it 2-1 and his teammates Amin Mohtashami and Bahman Tahmassebi completed Paykan trounce as they netted on 86 and 89 minutes respectively. 
Ali Khosravi refereed the match that was played in Iran Khodro Stadium. 

*Barq holds 10-man SAIPA 

Barq of Shiraz stopped the capital-based SAIPA here on Friday in the 12th week of second Iran Pro League (IPL) 
commemorating the ex-captain of Iran, late Sirous Qayeqran. In front of Shirazi fans in Hafezieh Stadium, the two sides tied 2-2 in the normal time. 
SAIPA took the lead in the 19th minute by Mohammad Soltani that was responded by Mohammad Mansouri 8 minutes later. The Tehrani team reduced to 10 men in the 37th minute when Hadi Aqili received his marching orders from referee Siamak Bakhshi. 
After three minutes into the second half, Mehdi Shiri put Barq ahead but SAIPA's Amir-Hossein Youssefi spoiled the home side's party as he secured the parity on 63 minutes.
