Tasnim - Former Esteghlal and Tractor Sazi coach has been appointed as new head coach of Zob Ahan football team on Saturday.
The 53-year-old coach has penned a one-year contract with the Isfahan based football club for an undisclosed fee.
Ghalenoei is the most decorated coach in Iran Professional League (IPL).
He has already coached Sepahan of Isfahan and won the Iran Professional League twice with the team.
Ex-Iran national team coach has also claimed IPL title three times with Esteghlal.
Ghalenoei led Tractor Sazi to IPL third place last season and became runner-up with the team in Iran’s Hazfi Cup.
He replaced Mojtaba Hosseini in Zob Ahan.
